WHAT WE'RE ABOUT
Recognizing that the world does not need just another staffing firm, we set out to create an IT staffing firm with a purpose... grounded in traditional methods but layering in established offshore/nearshore partnerships to deliver a wider range of services & solutions to meet our clients' needs.
Inspired by a recent mission trip to Mombasa, Kenya, we are partnering with The Hope Foundation of Kenya. With every placement, we sponsor a child until the age of 18. This will provide them with food, education, healthcare, and spiritual guidance and hopefully empower these children to reach their full potential. This "why" drives our passion to connect top talent with great opportunities.

For 25 years, I've dedicated myself to the IT Consulting field, navigating diverse roles from recruiting and account management to branch management, regional directorship, and executive leadership. My fundamental philosophy centers around fostering businesses incrementally through individual relationships while steadfastly adhering to faith-driven principles in every action.
Beyond my professional pursuits, I find joy in golfing, actively participating in Life Change Church, and cherishing moments with my wife and four adult children.

Three decades of experience in IT and Engineering staffing have prepared me for something truly special: The Momba Group.
Throughout my career, I've thrived in leadership, sales, recruiting, and operational roles across top IT and Engineering firms. These experiences, along with invaluable mentorships and lasting relationships, have equipped me to build a company with a strong foundation.
My passion lies in serving others. I'm driven by creating new ventures, finding solutions, and empowering people to succeed. I've consistently achieved results through individual performance and by building high-performing teams. There's nothing more rewarding than nurturing talent. Identifying, recruiting, coaching, and developing individuals are my strengths. I believe in fostering a collaborative and transparent culture where everyone can reach their full potential.
On a personal level, my wife DeDe and I have been married over 30 years, and we're proud parents to our adult children Peyton and Will. Outside of work, I cherish family time, spending time on the water with loved ones, enjoying the outdoors, and maintaining a healthy lifestyle.
